Hi LG, can you explain possible Trust Extension??

The Trust writes in his actual report:

[..]On January 23, 2015, the Extension Motion was approved by the Bankruptcy Court, extending the Trust’s term for a period up to March 19, 2018. As discussed more fully below, administration of the Trust is not complete, with claims remaining to be reconciled and certain assets remaining to be collected. Accordingly, the Trust has filed a request with the Internal Revenue Service and
will file a corresponding motion with the Bankruptcy Court to extend the term of the Trust.[...]
