I'm just curious, as I believe AMFE will release audited fins before the 16th Oct and it won't be a problem for us.

If a company does miss their deadline, what is the procedure for when they can next submit their audited fins and qualify for text tier of OTC?

I think that the only way the price would fall next *due to no completed audits* is if they state a specific date for submitting the audits, and then fail to meet that date.

I believe that they have been pretty caustion in that front. They have stated that the audits are nearly done but have not declared a specific date. They have said that the uplist would happen immediately (please correct menif I am wrong here) after the audits, but again have not mentioned a specific date.

This is the correct move in my opinion. The audits will be submitted with little prior "warning", and the uplist will also be made as a surprise move. We will wake up one day and say "OMG AMFE IS NO LONGER A PINKY!!" Buzz will follow.

I also believe that we should give AMFE some leeway in this. They should submit things when they are ready. After all, AMFE has fulfilled all of it's promises.

But yea, in my mind, the only mistake they could do at this point (regarding audits) is promise a specific date, and then fail to deliver. As long as they dont do that, they are good.

I don't get why you are so critical about the audit completion, like he is holding something back???

1.) It's not in his power, he is not doing the audit, a third party is doing it... As others AND MYSELF have told you before (many times), HE HAS NO CONTROL OVER HOW LONG THE AUDIT TAKES!!! NONE!!!

2.) He is/was the one pushing for there to be an audit done to be begin with... He was not required to do an audit, this was purely voluntary based on the need for an audit to be completed for uplisting... If he had something to hide, why would he initiate an audit voluntarily if he didn't have to??? That'd be dumb...

3.) He gains nothing by delaying it... A few days? Weeks? What good is that? He tweeted recently (within the last week) that the audit is 99% complete, the 3rd party auditers are reviewing the inventory and then it has to be formated for submission, and submitted...

4.) They are auditing 3 years worth of financial records, and they did alot of growing and tons of business in the last 3 years... I bet it takes awhile... Longer than he probably expected... Give him a break... In fact, indirectly, I consider the nature that it is taking so long as a good thing, or a confirmation that a lot has indeed happened in the last 3 years that's being audited...

5.) Be patient... You are always the first to panic or threaten to get out (which benefits no one, including yourself when you say stuff like that), and then you are the first to later speak of regret in your actions... Just be patient... These things take time...

And if you are so worried about it, call in during the radio show and waste the air time to discuss it (I'm sure it'll get brought up and talked about anyways)...

For Your sake...Let's hope the audits are not done.

That way You can buy more at a Lower Price.

That is what You want?

Audits are important...But We have waited this long..so why not wait a little bit longer?

AMFE went from $.02 to $.09 on no Audits.

They went from $.09 to $.235 on No Audits.

I don't see that a delay now will hurt the PPS.

There is no specific date for the audit completion

No one here should expect it on a specific date. They’re just setting themselves up for disappointment.

This goes for ANY public company that relies on an outside firm for it’s completion... especially when 3 years are being audited.

AMFEs audit is more difficult than most penny stocks. Most of them don’t have multiple warehouses, with millions of dollars in inventory that requires physical inventory done by the auditors themselves... and most pinky stocks don’t have multiple subs bringing in this much revenue.
