And those defense attorneys may well seek recovery for costs and fees against e.Digital if there is lack of prosecution by e.Digital, and if they get dismissals and awards for costs and fees against EDIG, then you folks will have the creditors that have been lacking so far. The defense firms and their clients will have judgments against EDIG for want of prosecution, which means that somehow EDIG needs to get lawyers into court to orderly wind down any cases that remain pending. Where's that money to do that going to come from????
