any cases in litigation that haven't already been dismissed will become active again, meaning that the defense attorneys on those cases will be lining up their motions to dismiss, with prejudice (meaning these claims can never be relitigated in the future), and each and every one of these claims will be dismissed unless EDIG hires attorneys to go into court to oppose.
