How can we differentiate between those, and others that should, or will, get suspended?

If a stock gets investigated and passes, its good. Or if it never gets investigated, even under the same circumstances as another that does, it is probably good too.

halts like these are never good regardless of outcome. for one it will open grey sheet and there won't even be quotes on L2. Also many people will just look to sell and move on. some brokers don't even allow traders to hold greys and will force sell them. sucks this happened, I hate SEC pulling bs like this. I got some shares too and will take a hit, only glad did lighten up a bunch .06-.065 before symbol change. no point painting this as some positive. This will hurt. Likely .01-.02 when it opens.
