After these two notes which are being converted now

As per last 10Q
http://www.otcmarkets.com/edgar/GetFilingHtml?FilingID=12244700

These are the two debt (funders) whose 6 month restriction were both lifted by Sept 22nd. Once they are cleared, there are none left. So at least a 6 month pause on any new debts.

From 10q

"On March 20, 2017, the Company issued a debenture for $180,000 to EMA. The debenture accrues interest at 8% per annum and will convert into the company's common stock at 50% of the lowest closing bid price 18 days before the conversion date. The Holder is restricted from any conversions that would result in the Holder owning over 9.9% of the outstanding common shares of the Company after the conversion.

All the debt turned to equity (shares), so the the debt holders have now become fellow shareholders, hence no debt.

Unfortunately, they got their shares based on the price before it went up, and half of that even.

That means they can still make a profit selling even at ridiculously low prices.

The COMPANY DOESN'T sell shares into the market, old note holders do and then those able to short, short while the note holders sell, then panic sellers sell which drives the price down even more, the folks like BMIC and VNDM know when the selling is coming to an end, in the mean time they have been buying up all the cheap shares that they have caused the sellers to sell, then they sell them back once the debt sellers are finished selling to the folks that come charging in to buy due to the PR's that come back to back because the Company now knows the Debt sellers have stopped.

Its all coordinated effort to stick it to the common investor
