If 10 million is underselling the ASK price then that is more than likely noteholders or dilution. I've seen it many many many times. Why else would a normal shareholder sell that many shares for a loss? I'm sure this won't stop until the prices or .0001

Say What?! Ever hear of a form 4 or form 5? Check out their filings. Talari and Cox filed plenty of both. See the "D" in block #4? That stands for "Disposed Of." That would be Talari and Cox, the guys who run FUTL, selling their shares into the market.
