I claim 375 or some multiple means something regarding SP. is it 3.75x, .0375x,375x ? I am going w/$375/share in some kind of deal.

So you think the CEO is buying stock with insider knowledge that a deal is about to be signed? Think that’s a good idea?

With the latest purchase he now has direct ownership of 101,000 shares per the Form 4. Maybe that’s the number he was aiming for through a series of small 375 share purchases. We will see next week.
