I wouldn't call this a scam by any means, he's definitely been following what he's said. Bank loans wouldn't be given to a scam.

But he was talking about 12 million dollars in debt reduction and not a few 100 thousands. We don’t really know if succeeded or not. Also, We already know that the $155K due for Shapiro was not converted to common stock. It was due on the 15th and the OS went only up by 26 million.

If Shapiro accepts 26 million shares in exchange for $155K, this means that he traded at a share price of 0.006. Could this be the bombshell!!!
