Jabez--because everyone awaits the proverbial "other shoe" to drop. ECOS increased it authorized share count to a huge amount. Uncertainty is and has not been this stocks friend.
But then, as I have said before, ECOS is just three big garbage cans and the management has yet to deliver on its potential.
