Yes, I read the joint venture agreement and understand how it works to a degree. Yet shortly after that agreement was signed ECOS shot up to over .003. Now it's trading at .0001. That divergence is crazy to me and I don't understand based off the recent volume how the perspective has changed that much. I've been buying on dips since the last run up to .0006 yet with the news in the last 30 days I was expecting ECOS to retrace past .0006 which its obviously not doing. My question was does anyone have an opinion as to why?
