Me too Ske; thanks. I used to be very active on Allrecipes.com but they completely changed their site format to be a Pinterest-clone, so I stopped posting new recipes, reviews and photos. If I can start the crockpot in the morning and not have to worry about chow for the rest of the day, I am a happy chefette.

You can freeze most of the things you'd make in a crockpot. It's the same as cooking a stew or whatever in a slow oven for a long time.
