It may not strongly influence the path of the lawsuits in the short term, but I believe it will cause a spike in Pps of 50-100% in the short term.

If only an ephemeral one...

Of course. Everyone with any brains will want to own this stock when the lawsuits start settling. I'm hoping to see at least a nickel a share after the 1st one settles.
