I'm surprised you waited 2 years to comment on the Southbank deal. Did it not bother you when it first went down?

The way I understood it, Southbank approached VPLM. Southbank made it appear they had a deal they could bring to VPLM. VPLM was taking the word of Southbank, which was obviously a mistake. They should have never put out a PR, but that is there only mistake, IMO. They had nothing to lose by entertaining what Southbank was telling them.

Honestly we have had so much "FAKE NEWS" from the company itself that it is tough to not ponder at such statements from nomore. Years ago I recall Voippal diligently working to secure a near term deal. And a company called Southbank who had a buyer ready to move quickly. And several others.

But I do agree with you, nothing matters but upcoming IPR's and what goes down in court.

Southbank was proven to be fake news itself years ago... No one was able to find where the company does business, not even the Australian postman! My 2 cents for the day.
