I'm surprised you waited 2 years to comment on the Southbank deal. Did it not bother you when it first went down?
The way I understood it, Southbank approached VPLM. Southbank made it appear they had a deal they could bring to VPLM. VPLM was taking the word of Southbank, which was obviously a mistake. They should have never put out a PR, but that is there only mistake, IMO. They had nothing to lose by entertaining what Southbank was telling them.
Like many longs here. We're not going to speculate daily here. Like VVVVV said, lets see what happens with the IPR.
