Yes indeed and it has to do with the FED NOT raising this quarters rates more than the normal course of business. Also the Donald is cutting corporate taxes by 15% bring the rate down from 35% to 20%, Thats a BIG plus to the bottom line. I have a feeling once implemented all of the portfolio companies the Cornerstones corral may be INCREASING future dividends meaning we'll be seeing INCREASED returns.
