I don't believe everyone knows the games these OTC stocks play. I've read such nonsense as SHOM could go to $20 with a buyback. Obviously that trader did not know that "buybacks" in the OTC are simply another scam.
SHOM is not a real company, that's fairly obvious to anyone who's done thorough DD, it is a repetitive P&D, nothing more.
