Silencers are not "silencers" and certainly do not work like they make them out in the movies... What they're really talking about are suppressors. They reduce the muzzle blast by a few decibels for indoor shooting ranges and also reduce muzzle flash. The shots can STILL be plainly heard and it doesn't make killing any easier sept on the ears.

Most politicians know very little about firearms and they tend to talk out their ass after something like this happens. The answer is not in more laws and regulations sept maybe the gun show loophole.

The problem is with the many people that think killing people somehow is the answer to "their" problems.

Have you seen or used a silencer? Do you know how they work and how to get them?

My father, a retired, 32 years USN vet flying jets with missiles and a TS Clearance, cannot get a suppressor.

the "make killing easier" bill will hurt shot spotter.

Wild hyperbole like that is how you got President Trump. You obviously know nothing about suppressors but don't let that stop you.
