not sure he's done anything wrong here.. SS is there for anybody to see,quarterlies don't show any bogus profits,no insider info leaked that i've noticed,pr's covered by the forward looking statement thingy. just because news is promised soon doesn't make it so..that's is an intentionally vague statement and he is certainly not alone in that! ..just saying,it's a trip pink...NOT an investment!
