They were right on time for FDA approval and I see you keep referring to the Philippines because that’s the only example of VDRM not “following through” with something but what really is happening there is VDRM is getting approved to sell Viabecline in the Philippines. We were given no due date on the Philippines. As for everything else, VDRM has followed through and done everything they’ve released in a PR. I expect sales to be announced in the next week.

Concerning the lawsuit. No new submissions have been uploaded to the website since September 6. None of the submission state anything about halting sales. The lawsuit hasn’t been taken to trial yet and more than likely won’t because its a frivolous lawsuit. Keough will lose and that will be the end of that
