Yes, I was thinking the same. Every day is Halloween in Vegas. And a lot of people seem to take the "what happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas" thing very seriously.
I've been to the pimp-n-ho party at the Mandalay years ago. I've seen naked women on all fours in a spiked leather collar and leather leash attached to her man topless wearing a feather boa and leather pants. I could go on about what else I saw, but we stood next to them at Valet Parking for about 10 minutes, and I still cannot get that sight out of my mind about 15 years later.
