WMIH has not lost the NOLs. Period.

And I don't see how anyone can possibly come to the conclusion that WMIH has lost $5.9 billion in NOLs, a major enticement to potential acquisition targets.

When exactly is this event supposed to have happened? And, as you rightly noted, there should be an 8-K. But there is not.
