If KKR is walking away then that is a Materially Public Event and the BOD/WMIH Leadership better inform us ASAP through an 8-K, otherwise they'll get their Ass Sued...
why walk away???they make big money bringing this down and then they will make a new deal with conversion at $.70 or $.40 who knows?Remember this little people from WMIH we're very happy getting KKR on board but they didn't understand the big boys game like KKR does.
