I believe it's by 10/18/17.
I've seen 10/14/17 mentioned but don't think so, sure it could come out a few days sooner but unlikely, we'll see.
The notice of filing date was on 4/18/17 hence our Preliminary Response was due by 7/18/17 (3 months from the filing date) therefore the decision by 10/18/17 (no more than 3 months from the PR date). JMO
