Inconsistent information from the company

Thank you for your email and for your interest in PharmaCyte Biotech. No, the MCB and the WCB are not complete. Once the cell banks are ready, cells will be shipped to Austrianova to encapsulate and to test, and the information generated from each of these steps is what is left to be done to file the IND. PharmaCyte is not currently planning to announce the completion of the cell banks and the company can not give an IND submission date until this work is complete. When the IND is submitted, PharmaCyte will likely make this announcement.

But on Facebook they say

We are working on all the items the FDA requires from us to include in the IND. The rate-limiting factor, as mentioned in our published interview with Sarah DeMare of Facet Life Sciences (

Working on all the items? But we were previously told all the items except information from cell banks was already done?

Why would the messages be different? The can't both be right.

Does the company have a communication problem or do they just say things they want us to hear?
