LP, well if WMIH does not file their 8K this Monday, it has to be very soon and in my view has to be by Halloween.

This is because WMIH will have to give an update, financing replacement, return the 600 million dollar funding, shut down WMIH shell or announce the acquisition (QA) sometime this month.
