I'm just saying - it's going to throw a big wrench in the monkey wheel for both of those initiatives if funding is cut for ISIS.

And either way, there's an almost guaranteed cut just toward the HAA by more than half as it stands - unless of course Lockheed's lobbyists and brown-nosing Ohio representatives can pull a rabbit out of their hat. I think that's highly unlikely however, and I think they're going to find themselves in a funding dilemma that will raise the bar in competition and allow Sanswire the competitive edge.
