PK/PD data is not something that can be interpreted by a layman. It will be more meaningful in the context of Ariana's findings.

Just as an observation of the AVXL comm. process here going forward. IMO, in order to avoid confusion/misinterpretation going forward as multiple trial data becomes richer technically and consequently possibly more open to controversy the whole news/PR profile will probably change. Links and leaps to conclusions w/MF(example) comments may result in bigger jumps/slides. OR, it could go the other way, if the CNS Homeostasis thesis is proven then by the time the 3rd trial is in process more positive anticipation may rise SP. Huh. That is what happens with breakthroughs when the dots get connected. We shall see.

There will be a lot riding on what gets said and when. Makes AVXL radio silence strategy look correct for now. Shorter trials, less smoke.
