More made up bull pucky...

Even the link that YOU provided; referring to the rollout of the creme, OMHE doesn't even claim ownership.

That was fabricated by you. The PR merely announces that they are a non-exclusive distributor.......with nowhere to buy from them

Show us where exactly they say that "they are a non-exclusive distributor.......with nowhere to buy from them"? I guess we should not believe our lying eyes, right?

Omni Health, Inc. Announces Roll Out of Anti-Aging Product Line

MIAMI, FL--(Marketwired - Jun 13, 2017) - Omni Health, Inc., (OTC PINK: OMHE), a vertically integrated healthcare company with focus on pharmaceutical, anti-aging products, and cannabis biotech engineering, announced today the roll out of Celeb Cream, anti-aging product line. Dr. Lawrence Samuels, a member of the Scientific Advisory Board of OMHE, was the scientific engineer of the Celeb Cream original products. Celeb Cream is an all-in-one anti-aging complex with the most effective peptides clinically proven to reduce appearance of wrinkles. For more information on Celeb Cream visit www.celebcream.com.

Celeb Cream, Inc., expects to bring more than $2M in revenue to OMHE over the course of the next year, increasing OMHE projections for this fiscal year to more than $10M in revenue. Andrey Soloviev, OMHE Chief Executive Officer, stated, "When we acquired Malecon Pharmacy approximately one year ago, it was our intent then to bring Celeb Cream into the business. We just needed to wait for the right time to make it happen." The roll-up of Celeb Cream into OMHE was without any shareholder dilution.

Dr. Lawrence E. Samuels, the chief of dermatology at St. Luke's Hospital in St. Louis and a widely respected leader in his medical field, has been developing anti-aging, skin care, and hair care products since 1966. Dr. Samuels is a member of the teaching faculty at Washington University Medical School and he has provided expert dermatological care for more than three decades. He's a board-certified dermatologist and a member of the American Academy of Dermatology and the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery.

"This Celeb Cream addition will allow us to fast track Omni Health's entry into the anti-aging and specialty skincare industries, a highly profitable marketplace that we have targeted as one of the key growth areas," said Omni Health CEO Andrey Soloviev.

...regarding...

I only read at the 3rd grade level, but I don't even see terms like OMHE OWNS celebcream, OMHE PURCHASED celebcream, or OMHE has EXCLUSIVE distribution rights

Even with my MA I can't find...

The PR merely announces that they are a non-exclusive distributor.......with nowhere to buy from them

..as for...

FACT Celebrity Brands owns CelebCream, Trademark, and website.

There is no conflict in the public records or publicly available sources as of 9/18/17.

The only fact is that the public records show " Celebrity Brands LLC LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY FLORIDA www.CelebrityCream.com 7400 N Kendall Drive #100 Miami FLORIDA 33156" as the owner of the trademark."

USPTO Search of 'Celeb Cream'

There is no conflict with any other public record because there is no other public record. That does not prove that Celebrity Brands currently owns the trademark or the product line.

Properly executed contracts between companies supercede any public records. The public record on OTC Markets still shows that OMHE's website is vitacig.org and email address is support@vitacig.org.

Are you going to argue now that Omni still owns the vitacig.org website and email address even though the acquisition agreement between mCig and VTCQ clearly included the sale of all intellectual property and trademarks. Are you going to conclude from that fake assumption that Omni still owns the VitaCig product line and is entitled to all VitaCig revenues? Good luck with that. ROTFLMAO

Debunked Again!
