IMSO BR and RG cases overall settlement number will have similar to treble damages worked in too. That number will have a "slight" discount to settle, but they will PAY us and will not be push over settlements! Then with the current customers they stold from $SFOR, curious to see how that license package works out too!
By the court documents that have been submitted so far, it's very clear that the defendants got NOTHING and willfully infringed, and cost $SFOR financially - which $SFOR will recoup!
