In my opinion. Once a ticker falls to .0001 status for long periods of time then it keeps attracting scam artists over and over until it gets finally stopped. That is the way in the OTC

Maybe in the REAL WORLD.

And even there it's not uncommon for a business to be surprised by unforeseen liabilities.

But in stinkyland reality is a blur, and often nonexistant. Financials are often falsified, and sometimes sales of unregistered shares are discovered.


Such was the case with MDI*, where BILLIONS of unregistered shares were sold by it's scumbag owner.

And false documents were submitted to the DTCC which allowed them to have the chill removed, making them seem more reputable. https://goo.gl/Dpm5sh

And they actually managed to sell some real products, unlike EEGI which has done virtually nothing in 20 years.

And then came the fraud charges...
