I have family down there and before Maria came the electrical grid was weak. There is about 70 percent on generators and I am sure the buildings are concrete. The problem I see is getting employees back to work. No fuel for cars and generators, roads washed out or debris. Supply chain still extremely slow. They really took a bad hit.
