Agree, there was bad history but company is closer than ever to release data and on the right path to approval in addition to increased revenue in Europe

Don't they first have to announce to the SEC that they're issuing "Convertibles" and yep that would be a sign for the worst or...?

What's the regulation/procedure that "Convertible" note holders have to follow when they decide when to cash in their position at such discount... I mean zero from zero !?
