People would be right to assume the only financing available will be a convertible, but if they announce a firm fixed price type deal for large sums of money that would be a huge positive, if at an attractive price.
400 million shares at 10 cents would limit the massive dilution. In the mean time this company instead may never see 10 cent equivalent again or may not until many months down the road after a bloody beating.
