So you seem well versed in the MJ sector and I have no time to research who are the “real” players leading the sector. What I do know is that in New England there is an enormous amount of development and construction of grow facilities and dispensaries underway. Obviously there are very real companies behind all this development but I suspect that the bulk of them are privately funded and don’t need to play the publicly traded stock game. Do you know of any real publicly traded company that is leading the MJ sector? TYI.
I'm banned from the OWCP board, but if I wasn't I'd tell them to watch out. The former COO, Ziv, was selling stock that was supposed to be held in trust AND he didn't notify the SEC, their accountant found out about it, and Ziv was terminated. How on Earth there haven't been lawsuits is beyond me. Crickets from the SEC as well.
