Facts are not disputable. Do you disagree that Publicly traded Saleen Automotive (SLNN) is a different company than Privately Held Saleen, Inc.? They have different Corporate ID's, Different Fed Tax ID #. Different ownership groups. Different States of Incorporation.
How about the fact that after Saleen, Inc. was sold off and shut down that Steve Saleen started another company called SMS which was then rolled into a new Publicly traded company called Saleen Automotive (SLNN)? Do you also dispute those facts?
