well looky there...according to this filing they do have some registered as separate businesses good till the end of the month... very slick :)

gasoline station for the trading post

merchant stores for the orange shop

restaurant for the trading post cafe

Company purchased Hotel marion with enthusiastic hope, but company managment was stuck with regualtions, heavy scrutinizes by local authorities with taxation, rise of operative cost, and decline of sales, that hade resulted to close hotel business for same time. Also, local government, city county ans US Bank stole Hotel from EFUEL EFN CORPORATION. The company das not have choice, bat to sue Marion City, Grant County and US Bank in Indiana for un properly sizing hotel property and damaged eFUEL EFN COPERATION business in amount of $10,000,000.

I'd love to see those lawsuits!!!
