Woulda been funny if they actually filed such a lawsuit. as it would have been frivolous beyond belief.

Hell, they were given a year from the time the tax sale notice was issued to pay the taxes and get the proeprty back. They couldn't even come up with that money. Horrible planning. They clearly aren't capable of running their business or keeping it going.

After months of negotiations between eFUEL and Mr. John Carbone, over a partnership to launch the pizza brand Carbone Pizza, a definitive agreement has been met in which each party will hold 50% ownership. The pizza, brand will be sold to convince stores and other quick market stores. In addition, a Mr. John Carbone will operate the Cherokee Trading Post Cafe in Wildwood, Florida, which is owned by eFUEL EFN CORPORATION, and will carry the Carbone Pizza brand.

Company purchased Hotel marion with enthusiastic hope, but company managment was stuck with regualtions, heavy scrutinizes by local authorities with taxation, rise of operative cost, and decline of sales, that hade resulted to close hotel business for same time. Also, local government, city county ans US Bank stole Hotel from EFUEL EFN CORPORATION. The company das not have choice, bat to sue Marion City, Grant County and US Bank in Indiana for un properly sizing hotel property and damaged eFUEL EFN COPERATION business in amount of $10,000,000.
