I agree about the press release likely coming next week. So if you want to flip one could try to catch the bottom and then ride the release. Ooops, bad idea because this company is past getting a bump with a press release. Gone are the days that they announce they have made a sale and we see a share increase because they have said that soooo many times with zero revenue ever coming in.
