I think you have a problem with READING. We have giving you all of the links to UOIP court documents. Yet again all you say is prove I'm wrong. And again we give you the documents.

I've showed you where to find the facts. You haven't looked. I can't spell out all the terms of an acquisition document 30+ pages long. You have to read it. If you really have 100 million shares it would probably make you very excited.
