Interesting, it still leaves SFOR with the ability to sell GID, MobileTrust and the SDK in perpetuity as a result of the ACS deal, in addition I wonder if the business generated pre-nine million dollar payout is grandfathered and they will receive revenue from that after the nine million dollar payout...
