This is fantastic info! Most of the uncertainly here centered around the ability to work with the SEC on getting current. I sure hope he PRs this.
I had a feeling he would pay out of pocket if need be. After all, he's been doing it for years, and it wouldn't make sense to drop the ball now that he's so close to reaching his goals. He also confirmed what I have said, the private placement will attract investor types, not traders.
Anyone who was on the sidelines do to fear of an SEC suspension can now put that fear to rest. Time to load! As Sydney has said, there is a lot of news in the pipeline.
