3 patients is all that was needed for the first part of Phase 1. More patients are currently being enrolled for the second part of Phase 1 with trial being completed sometime around December/January. The second part is only a 28 day trial, so they have plenty of time. Come January 2018 if we haven't heard anything, then there is a reason for concern. Until then, everything is going according to plan.
