#30504 RE: mikeystrat #30455

Based on Saleen's deliberate non-compliance of not reporting it's 8K's, 10K and 10Q's to the SEC and now not responding to specific requests for responses to SEC inquiry it seems rational to me that SLNN will not just be suspended from trading but that Steve Saleen may be looking at large penalties. SEC Penalties can be very expensive and be charged directly to the CEO with no Corporate Bankruptcy protection, in my opinion.

Of course if the SEC has evidence of stock manipulation and deliberate fraud then criminal charges could be filed and the responsible participants could face legal proceedings, in my opinion. I think we are just seeing the beginning of this process now that the SEC has finally suspended trading of Saleen's shares. In my opinion.
