I received a "Good" rating. I am also assuming it has improved since 2012 and it is not "erratic" for me.

So is PC Magazine wrong?

Actually Mobile Trust and Guarded Id don't suck. I give them an B+ ranking and I think I'm qualified having been a software programmer/developer for over 30 years.

I think that the problem lies more in sales and "Who" is doing the selling. Sales is important for any company and like it or not a good sales person is worth their weight. That's why they traditionally make more money.

STF imho needs new experienced proven sales people that make good first impressions (if you get my drift).
