CEO can't make that decision on his own, besides I doubt he's in need of money and looking for legacy more than quick cash.
Retail holds over 60%, my bet is price will be spiked to 1/3-1/2 of what will be sell price to replace as many retail holders as possible with the big money, then agreement announced a while after to make retail chase up
much higher. JMO
