Most all are Amyloid/Tau except Humilin(Insulin)! USC University Medical Center because of course a generic drug.

Humilin is a Lilly product but now of course off patent.

Interesting proposed or investigated cross pathogenesis of diabetes and Alzheimer's.

The USC Humilin study warrants close attention as it is pure science for science and medicine and not based on profit motive, (most likely at least and element of such.)

Might homeostasis lead to proper protein folding in the pancreas to allow a drug similar to or A2-73 itself to allow the Type One diabetic to produce his/her own insulin in the proper measure daily with an oral dose of the homeostasis drug?

Thanks for this - very informative

It is interesting that all of these drugs are in Phase 3 and still only 3-4 are finishing in 2018 - everything is after 2019

With this clear example - why A2-73 is supposed to rush ahead in finish ahead of everyone when they have not even phase 2 trial.

seven...thx, this data establishes a context to scope the massive dilemma BP has and it emphasizes the potential medical/financial potential of A2-73-AVXL. Not only has there been almost continuous financial investment w/no acceptable payback but medical/clinical results all hit a wall of failure. The whole Tau thing is a dry hole.

In this context the scale and clinical power of restored Homeostasis and it's potential appear to be truly historical importance. In fact no one can say just how massive this is. We will have to peel the iterative process onion of scientific knowledge and discovery.

If all this is true then the holding back of information is either even more puzzling or justified, depending on your point of view. But, if true silence clearly cannot continue.

great chart on alz trials. all pursuing the amyloid plaque except the USC drug, Humulin, which is a metabolic agent.

So Humulin is the only real competition...also explains why no one will take 273 seriously until more data is released or P3 trial results are in.
