W/C bought SOUPQ's assets and not the publicly traded company SOUPQ.

Assets were gutted leaving the empty shell. SOUPQ is still in possession of the public company and stock.

If the shares are cancelled, they'll show up on the FINRA website as stock ticker SOUPQ and not the private company Wealth Colony.
