DESIGNED TO RAISE MONEY FOR HIS FRIENDS AND HIMSELF .NO ACQUISITIONS , NO OFFICE , NO UPLISTING ,JUST SALES OF UNREGISTERED(UNREGULATED SHARES ) by NON MMs - Total smoke and mirrors
You need to do DD and history of this company and then decide if
you continue to have the positive outlook for their future . People
have cut and left and some have ended holding the bag {no other options -either take the full loss or wait for a miracle (just
delaying the loss? )
