I am hoping only a dead cat bounce... I saw it on ngbl... In the shareholders meeting they did increased the o/s to 10billion and the price its now 0.0001-0.0002.. On phot will happen the same thing, but first, will be a bounce...after that.....run run dudes...phot its dead
