These days e-prints (online publication of accepted paper) are pretty quick with in a week after accepted for publication. But in official journal it could take 1-2 months. But the whole process after they submit article will take 2-3 months minimum. If it is high impact journal it will take even longer...due to revisions/corrections.

Ex if I am not mistaken was this publication not first mentioned as ASCO, not the beginning of September?
